10-day money-back guarantee

Novusflow is pay-first: you pick a plan and pay up front, protected by the money-back guarantee. If it isn't the right fit, request a refund + cancellation from Settings → Billing within 10 days of payment — once approved we refund in full. The guarantee applies to Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise.

Enterprise & self-hosting

The Enterprise plan is a self-hosted license: you run Novusflow on your own infrastructure, with your own data residency, SSO and security controls. It includes everything in Business — full API, unlimited teammates, all live channels — plus a custom contract, SLA, and UU PDP / DPA support. Contact us to scope a deployment.

What counts as a message

Each outbound delivery attempt counts once, regardless of channel. Retries on transient errors are free. WhatsApp / Meta conversation fees are passed through at cost on top of the plan price. See Usage & limits.

Changing plans

Starter, Growth and Business upgrades are immediate via Upgrade plan. For Enterprise, talk to us and we'll activate the plan once the contract is in place. You can request a refund within the 10-day window from Settings → Billing.
