How do Pro and Enterprise pricing work?+
Pro is priced on your sending volume, and Enterprise is a self-hosted license — both are quoted to fit your usage. Pick "Talk to us" on either card and we'll scope it with you, usually within one business day.
Can we self-host Novus Technologies?+
Yes. The Enterprise plan is a self-hosted license: you run Novus on your own infrastructure, with your own data residency, SSO and security controls. Talk to us to scope the deployment.
What counts as a message?+
Each outbound delivery attempt counts once — regardless of channel. Retries on transient failures are free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your workflows keep running until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer annual pricing?+
Yes. Switch to annual billing in Settings → Billing for 20% off the monthly rate on Starter and Growth.
What about WhatsApp Business API costs?+
WhatsApp conversation fees are passed through at cost and shown on your usage page. The plan price covers the platform — not Meta's per-conversation fees.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Contacts, templates, and workflow definitions export as CSV/JSON from each page. No vendor lock-in.
