Every paid plan ships a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 10 days of a paid signup, email us and we'll refund your payment in full — no forms, no friction.
How is Enterprise priced?+
Enterprise is a self-hosted license, custom-quoted — pick "Talk to us" and we'll scope it, usually within one business day. Starter, Growth, and Business are fixed-price and fully self-serve.
What counts as a message?+
Each outbound delivery attempt counts once — regardless of channel. Retries on transient failures are free; hard bounces still count (we spent the API call).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Workflows keep running until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer annual pricing?+
Yes — 20% off the monthly rate. Toggle to annual on the Upgrade page after picking a paid plan.
What about WhatsApp Business API costs?+
WhatsApp conversation fees are passed through at cost and shown on your Usage page. Plan price covers the platform — not Meta's per-conversation fees.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Contacts and templates export as CSV from each page; workflow + automation definitions export as JSON. No vendor lock-in.
Where are my data + servers?+
Primary region is ap-southeast-1 (Jakarta). Backups replicate to ap-southeast-3 (Singapore) with at-rest encryption (AES-256). PII residency stays in the primary region.
Is Novusflow GDPR / PDP compliant?+
We act as data processor for customer messages. DPAs are available on request from [email protected]. Per-contact consent flags are first-class fields on the Contact model.
Can I bring my own SMS provider?+
Yes. Settings → Providers → SMS. We default to Twilio but ship drivers for AWS SNS, Vonage, and local Indonesian aggregators.
What happens to the data of a closed workspace?+
30-day soft-delete window during which you can restore via support. After 30 days the workspace and all child rows are hard-deleted.
